3. Agency & Production Management
- Collaborate with local creative agencies and production houses to deliver high-quality campaigns on time and within budget.
- Evaluate and manage creative vendors, ensuring strong partnerships and efficient workflows.
4. Campaign & Event Support
- Provide creative direction and support for brand campaigns, events, and other marketing initiatives to strengthen brand image and consumer engagement.
5. Creative Resource Development
- Build and maintain a strong network of local creative partners, including production houses, film directors, photographers, and creative agencies.
6. SOP & Budget Management
- Define and implement clear creative workflow processes (SOPs).
- Manage creative budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost control.
