COMPLIANCE –
• Independent in charge of compliance dept. & ensure strict compliance of policy, guidelines, notifications and other directions by Bank of Thailand, Banks Head Office & other Govt. agencies and departments.
• Liasioning with Bank of Thailand, Association of International Banks, Anti Money Laundering Office & Other Regulatory Agencies,
• Conducting periodical training of staff on AML/CFT,
• Random checking of DMS_Data Sets submitted by the users to the Bank of Thailand and other Host Country Regulatory & Official agencies.
• Conducting Compliance Testing on DMS reports, BoT notifications and other regulations.
• Preparation of Annual Compliance Plan & Report.
• Organizing Compliance Committee Meetings regularly.
• Arranging Conducting Compliance review meeting (Weekly / Fortnightly).
•AMLOCK regular monitoring of transactions / alerts.
•Maintaining Annual Due dates Calendar for submission of all reports, returns, policies and documents to the Host Country Regulator / Other agencies & ensuring timely submission thereof.
•Maintaining Register for informing the departments about notifications, regulations of BOT
•Any other work as and when advised by the Management.
