* Own and execute the regional sales strategy for personal care & cosmetics ingredients across Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines
* Build strong relationships with strategic customers in targeted customer segmentation
* Identify and develop new business opportunities and high-potential accounts in each country
* Lead customer presentations, commercial negotiations, and follow-up with a high degree of professionalism and responsiveness
* Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to support solution-based selling and product concept pitching
* Monitor market trends, regulatory updates, and customer innovation cycles to keep offerings aligned
* Work closely with supplier principals to manage project pipelines, pricing strategies, and promotional activities
* Support, coach, and align with local sales reps in Vietnam and the Philippines
* Prepare sales forecasts, activity reports, and contribute to regional planning and budgeting
