• Provide function of MEP Construction Manager/Site Engineer for projects in hospitality, commercial, education and fitness industries
• Provide management and coordination for MEP construction works
• Review and comment on MEP drawings and systems
• Monitor and control the MEP works to ensure compliance with designs, specifications, regulations, permits and industry best practice
• Monitoring worker productivity and compliance with building and safety requirements
• Monitor contractors scheduled work shifts (day and night), tasks and performance
• Measure quantities of materials used and work performed/progress
• Control and monitoring construction materials and sub-contract procurement
• Advise contractors on construction technical specifications relating to MEP works
• Participate in the construction meetings and leading MEP related aspects and meetings
• Provide guidance and help resolve site issues with the contractor(s)/designers/others relating to MEP works
• Manage request for information, request for approvals, material approvals and similar including coordination with designers, other consultants or the client
• Support the planning, preparation and witnessing of Testing and Commissioning activities
• Maintain good documentation relating to the works, daily tasks and manage construction document control systems
• Prepare and submit weekly inspection reports, monthly progress reports to supervisor(s) and prepare other reports and documents as needed – English Language
• Manage MEP tasks and delegate tasks to other team members as necessary and control his/her daily/weekly tasks related to MEP items and coordination
• Support project scheduling activities with Lead Construction Manager and tracking of MEP works progress
• Other task following supervisor’s assignment or company policy
• Typically, site-based role within Thailand, location varies based on project requirements
