Marketing Management DirectorJob Purpose
The Marketing Management Director is responsible for defining and driving marketing strategies for both corporate and brand marketing. This role will design and lead innovative campaigns that align with customer needs, generate revenue, and strengthen brand positioning. The director will also improve marketing processes, integrate modern tools that align with consumer behaviors, manage budgets, and oversee the execution of marketing activities to ensure maximum efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Policy & Strategy Development
Define marketing policies and strategies for both corporate and brand levels.
Analyze company objectives and assess the feasibility of marketing activities.
Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Provide regular reports on marketing performance against KPIs and goals.
2. Marketing Process Improvement
Continuously update marketing plans in response to current market situations and future trends.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
Enhance marketing policies and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
3. Sales & Campaign Management
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with marketing campaigns to ensure revenue and profit targets are met.
Design and implement creative, modern, and impactful campaigns that drive sales performance.
Manage and lead the marketing team to ensure consistent direction and goal alignment.
4. Marketing Planning & Execution
Plan and manage marketing strategies to achieve organizational sales objectives.
Oversee promotional activities and events that boost sales performance.
Develop specific marketing strategies to support underperforming branches.
Implement localized marketing plans to drive sales in targeted areas.
5. People Development & Leadership
Conduct team meetings to communicate policies, track progress, and address challenges.
Provide coaching, guidance, and mentorship to team members.
Promote employee development through both hard skills and soft skills, encouraging multi-skill capabilities.
Collaborate with HR on succession planning to build a strong leadership pipeline.
6. Other Duties
Undertake additional assignments as directed by executives.
