Business Development Manager - BEV
Energy Absolute Public Company LimitedOverall Purpose of the Role:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for setting up new business, delivering sales revenue / profit margin target and executing of the new assigned BEV strategic projects (Technical testing equipment business and EPC of Pilot - battery production plant business) to achieve BEV business goal. The position requires an individual with exceptional communication skills and ability to coordinate/develop/execute the business development / sales tasks, on business & solution concepts / projects / products, and at the same time, to manage the new assigned strategic projects. The preferred candidate will be able to:
- Prepare new business project feasibility study by analyzing both business and technology impact, resource needs, and market demand.
- Understand and present the standard business model / solution offering to potential clients / partners.
- Close business deal with a new potential clients / partners to generate sales / profit margin to achieve business target.
- Confidentially communicate our business model / product offering and influence customers/ partners at all levels (senior management level to technical staff level) in order to close the deal Understand throughly on bidding process both public and private sector and be able to track and report progress of all deals/projects on hand.
- Manage bidding process
- Draft RFP/Technical document (TOR)
- Review and clarify potential client’s RFP/TOR announcement
- Bid/contract document preparation
- Perform e-bidding activity (for public sector client) Weekly progress report on the new business opportunity pipeline
- Take role as project coordinator with the external parties (Solution distrubutors, vendors, potentail business partners), EA group’s related business units and EA internal supporting units eg. F/A team, Engineering
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Science / Chemical / Energy / Electircal related eg Electical or related field.
- Able to work upcountry (Mainly eastern region, Rayong)
- At least 2-3 years of experience in technical field sales position within a lab testing equipment eg. "GC (Gas / Liquid chromatography), or spectroscopy" company would be required
- Or at least 2-3 years of experience in technical field sales position on battery (ESS, EV battery, EMS systems)
- Meticulous, customer-centric, proactive, goal-oriented and good time management
- Can work under pressure.

- Ability to work as a team, willing to share and exchange information among team
