AP Payment Staff
Honda Leasing (Thailand) Co., Ltd.• Day-to-day perform payment in timely and maintain accurate in line with the approved and aligned with the policies.
• Follow up and recording Tax invoice for claim VAT to Revenue Department in timely and accurate manner.
• Prepare withholding tax and all relevant documents for punctual tax submission to Revenue Department.
• Co-ordinate and work with concerned department.
• Improving process or system related to payment functional.
• Prepare documents related for Internal/External Auditor as required for event.
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Male or female, age between 25-32 years.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
• Strong background in AP payment and tax knowledge would be an advantage.
• Able to communicate in English is preferable.
• Computer literacy in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint).
• Initiative, teamwork, positive attitudes and eager to learn new things.
• Experience in AP Payment in hire-purchase/ leasing or banking business is a plus.
• Familiar with electronic banking systems.
