Responsibilities

Design, review and implement network communication related projects to assure good quality, security, time and cost.
Configure, migrate and install various network devices and IP Telephony systems.
Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.
Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning.
Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure.
Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
Perform additional tasks as needed.
Work as second tier support for network communication related issues.

Working Location : Samitivej Srinakarin Hospital - On-site 100% on Mon-Fri at 08.00-17.00

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in area of Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in network administrator, network engineer or related position.
Experience with LAN/Wi-Fi, WAN, firewalls, VPN design, implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
Good knowledge of LAN/WAN and VoIP networks, TCP/IP protocols, Routing protocols and network technologies.
Customer Service focus, team player and good communication skills.
Able to work under pressure and tight schedule.
