- Maintain good relationship with existing customers
- Provide superior service levels to all customers
- Communicate professionally within and outside organization
- Manage archive system ensuring 100% compliance
Responsibilities:
- Contact customers for particularly inbound clearance shipments
- Understand the Customs EDI software
- Liaison with shipping team to ensure the shipments have been cleared per service level agreement
- Find and advise the solution to the customers in case the shipments have been put on hold by Customs
- Close all pending files and upload data on the server
- Ensure to review and check the accuracy of shipping documents before submission through Customs EDI
- Minimum 2 years of related experience in the freight forwarding business
- Having fair knowledge of customs clearance process, identify/classify the HS Code.
- Be able to communicate in English well
- Bachelor Degree in related disciplines
