Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute operational internal audit plans based on risk assessments (non-financial audit)
- Review and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls (IC) across business functions
- Conduct process audits to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Identify operational risks, update the risk register, and support the enterprise risk management (ERM) framework
- Monitor key risks, assess mitigation measures, and propose improvements to enhance risk control
- Support IPO readiness, including process documentation, internal control enhancement, and corporate governance requirements (SEC/SET standards)
- Provide recommendations to strengthen internal control environment and reduce operational risk exposure
- Prepare audit and risk assessment reports and present findings to management
- Follow up on corrective actions to ensure timely closure of issues
- Support cross-functional teams to embed internal control and risk awareness into operations
