Ensure the accuracy and compliance of all information disclosed to the public in accordance with capital market regulations.
Manage bondholder relations and relevant reporting processes.
Prepare quarterly and annual reports in compliance with bond covenants.
Provide updates on financial status and covenant-related matters to bondholders and trustees.
Conduct benchmarking and competitive analysis to support IR strategy development.
