• Support Marketing / Corporate Communication Manager in planning and executing marketing communication activities in line with brand, marketing, and communication strategies
• Assist in developing content plans and communication themes across key touchpoints to support campaigns, launches, and always-on communication
• Create, adapt, and manage content for both online and offline channels including social media, website, internal communication, and marketing materials
• Write and edit marketing communication content such as captions, articles, key messages, campaign copy, press releases, and presentation materials
• Coordinate content production with internal teams and external agencies (creative, production, influencer, media) to ensure timely and effective execution
• Manage and update content on brand-owned channels including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and company website
• Support influencer / KOL communication by preparing content briefs, key messages, talking points, and content guidelines
• Assist in executing integrated marketing campaigns including PR activities, digital content, events, partnerships, and sponsorships
• Monitor content performance and engagement across platforms, summarize basic insights, and provide recommendations for content optimization
• Ensure all communication materials and content are consistent with brand identity, tone of voice, and corporate guidelines
• Coordinate artwork and creative materials (packaging, print, digital, social media, event materials) and support review processes for brand alignment
• Assist in crisis communication preparation by supporting content drafting, monitoring online sentiment, and internal coordination when required
