Job Description:
- Act as the primary contact for assigned customers, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.
- Manage customer inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with relevant team members.
- Monitor truck turnaround time to ensure efficient logistics operations.
- Oversee inbound and outbound workflows to maintain smooth warehouse activities.
- Supervise picking operations to ensure accuracy and readiness for next-day dispatch.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and 5S implementation within the warehouse team.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics and Warehousing or related filed.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in logistics and warehouse.
- Experiences in WMS or Warehouse system.
- Familiar with PC Microsoft Office (Word, Excel formula, Power Point Presentation is a must).
- Good communication in English
