Position PurposeLead the overall factory operations to ensure that planning, inventory, and logistics work in sync to deliver on-time and accurately.
Balance stock levels, production capacity, and delivery performance based on real-time data to achieve high OTIF, maintain inventory accuracy, and reduce DIO/Dead Stock, while driving the team toward standardization and discipline.
Qualifications (Must-have)
- 5–8 years of experience in factory, warehouse, or logistics management at SME scale.
- Proven ability to oversee multiple functions — production planning, warehouse, and delivery — hands-on.
- Strong knowledge of Inventory Control, including:
- Weekly Cycle Count (random by rack)
- Put-away within 24 hours
- Slotting and storage layout control
- FIFO/FEFO and Picking Accuracy
- Proficient in SAP Business One v9.2 (Inventory Counting, Bin/Location, Pick & Pack Manager) and Google Sheets Dashboard creation.
- Familiar with S&OP and Working Capital concepts (Min–Max, Safety Stock, DIO).
- Excellent people leadership — able to coach long-tenured staff, communicate clearly, and enforce operational discipline.
- Strong cross-functional coordination (Sales/RM/Finance/Operations) and data-driven decision-making mindset.
Nice-to-have
- Experience in designing or improving warehouse layout without WMS (using ERP/spreadsheets as “Light WMS”).
- Knowledge of delivery routing, POD documentation, and 3PL coordination.
- Familiarity with Lean, 5S, Safety, and process improvement in SME factory environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management; APICS/CPIM certification preferred.
Success Metrics (Expected Results)
- OTIF (48 hrs) ≥ 96%
- Inventory Accuracy ≥ 98% (cycle count every 4–6 weeks)
- Put-away < 24 hrs; Pick Release within daily cut-off
- Stock-out (Core SKUs) < 1% per month
- Dead Stock reduced ≥ 20% within 6 months; DIO reduced quarterly
- Production Plan Adherence ≥ 90%
