Position Purpose- Elevate the entire Order-to-Delivery process to achieve punctuality and accuracy by balancing inventory – production capacity – delivery performance through real-time data.
- Aim to improve OTIF, inventory accuracy, and reduce DIO/Dead Stock, while driving the existing teams to operate under unified standards.
Qualifications (Must-have)
- 5–8 years of experience in factory/warehouse/logistics operations (SME scale) and direct management of both warehouse and delivery functions.
- Expertise in Inventory Control, including:
- Weekly Cycle Count (random by rack)
- Put-away within 24 hours
- Slotting
- FIFO/FEFO
- Picking Accuracy
- Proficient in SAP B1 v9.2 (Inventory Counting, Bin/Location, Pick & Pack Manager) and able to create dashboards/Google Sheets for operations.
- Understanding of S&OP and Working Capital concepts (Min–Max, Safety Stock, DIO) for managing inventory supporting ~70% in-house production and imported goods with ~60-day lead time.
- Strong people management skills — able to coach, communicate clearly, and maintain standards under pressure with long-tenured team members.
- Cross-functional coordination skills (Sales/RM/Finance/Operations) and data-driven decision-making.
Nice-to-have
- Experience in designing or improving warehouse layouts without a WMS (i.e., “Light WMS” using ERP/spreadsheets).
- Knowledge of transportation systems, routing, POD documentation control, and 3PL management.
- Familiarity with Lean/5S/Safety and warehouse/workflow redesign.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain; APICS/CPIM certification is an advantage.

- OTIF (48 hrs) ≥ 96%
- Inventory Accuracy ≥ 98% (complete cycle count every 4–6 weeks)
- Put-away < 24 hrs, Order-to-Pick Release within cut-off day
- Stock-out (Core SKUs) < 1% of order lines/month
- Dead Stock reduced ≥ 20% within 6 months; DIO reduced quarterly
- Production Plan Adherence ≥ 90%
- Backorder Aging (Median) < 5 days
High-Level Scope of Responsibilities
- Design and manage warehouse layout, Put-away/Picking discipline, and weekly cycle counts.
- Plan pick-pack-load-route schedules to meet the 48-hour SLA, controlling delivery cost per drop.
- Convert forecast/backlog into MPS/MRP plans and align with production capacity.
- Conduct weekly S&OP meetings with Sales/RM/Finance (focus: Min–Max, Safety, stock-out risks, backorders).
- Update/enforce SOPs, 5S, and Safety, and develop the existing team toward standardized performance.
- Use SAP B1 v9.2 and dashboards to communicate daily/weekly KPI status to management.
