Solution Design & Technical Leadership
- Analyze customer requirements and translate them into practical and effective technical solutions
- Design and apply robotics, automation systems, and industrial machinery at the project level
- Act as a Solution Designer and Technical Lead, working closely with the sales team to support customer proposals
- Evaluate technical feasibility, risks, limitations, and implementation constraints for each project
- Control and manage solution designs to align with approved budgets, schedules, and technical standards
Robotics, Automation & Machinery
- Design and integrate industrial robots, automation lines, and collaborative robotic systems
- Oversee machine design and machine integration processes
- Review and validate PLC and control logic concepts (hands-on coding not required)
- Analyze and design sensor, pneumatic, and electrical systems at a system architecture level
- Select appropriate equipment and define technical specifications to meet project requirements
Project Cost Planning & Financial Control
- Plan project-based budgets and cost structures for each solution
- Prepare cost estimation and detailed cost breakdowns covering:
- Machinery and robotic systems
Control systems and equipment
- Labor and installation costs
- Service and maintenance costs
- Analyze project feasibility, cost-benefit, and return on investment (ROI)
- Monitor and control project budgets to ensure alignment with financial plans and cost targets
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Plan, manage, and supervise pre-sales and post-sales service operations to achieve customer satisfaction targets
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners, reporting project progress to relevant departments
- Provide technical support in solution design and problem-solving to prevent technical and operational errors
- Advise operational teams on designed solutions, implementation plans, and execution activities
- Deliver systems and equipment to the sales team and customers within agreed timelines
- Participate in equipment certification, system validation, and project acceptance activities on behalf of the company
People & Performance Management
- Control and oversee team performance to ensure responsibilities are executed effectively
- Define, monitor, and evaluate KPIs for subordinates, providing coaching and motivation to achieve targets
- Develop and implement Individual Development Plans (IDP) to strengthen team capability and performance
