Requirements● Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
● 5+ years of progressive experience in HR leadership roles
● Proven ability to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives
● Experience in setting up HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
● Strong leadership skills with a track record of inspiring and managing diverse HR teams
● Demonstrated ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture
● Expertise in designing and implementing effective performance management systems
● Proficiency in conducting constructive feedback sessions and driving continuous improvement
● Track record of developing and improving HR policies and procedures
● Thorough knowledge of labor laws and regulations
● Experience in designing and managing competitive employee benefits and incentive programs
● Knowledge of compensation structures and benchmarking
● Proven ability to design and implement successful training and development programs
● Commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate HR strategies
