Responsibilities1. Maintenance and Operations:
• Develop preventive maintenance programs for MEP systems to minimize downtime, extend equipment lifespan, and prevent costly repairs.• Coordinate with maintenance staff and service contractors to perform routine inspections, repairs, and upgrades of MEP equipment and infrastructure. Compliance Assurance: Ensure compliance with Thailand safety regulations, codes, and standards relevant to shopping mall operations
2. Energy Efficiency and Sustainability:• Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency and sustainability of MEP systems through the implementation of energy-saving technologies, renewable energy sources, and green building practices.• Monitor energy consumption and utility usage, and implement measures to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs.
3. Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of MEP system documentation, including drawings, specifications, manuals, and maintenance logs.
• Prepare regular reports on MEP system performance, maintenance activities, and budget expenditures for management review.
4. Ensure that all MEP installations adhere to safety guidelines, environmental regulations, and best practices.
5. Emergency Response and Crisis Management:
• Develop emergency response plans and protocols for MEP systems to address fire emergencies, power outages, water leaks, and other contingencies.
• Coordinate emergency repairs and restoration efforts to minimize disruptions to shopping mall operations and ensure the safety of occupants.
Requirements1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Associate Engineer License is required)
2. Fresh graduate is welcome
3. Understand MEP system design, installation, operation, and maintenance practices
4. Understand the local building codes, regulations, and industry standards governing MEP systems, as well as safety and environmental regulations
5. MS Office and experience in writing reports for health and safety.
6. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, facility managers, and tenants.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective solutions. Auditing and Incident investigation skills.
8. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
9. Meticulous attention to detail in reviewing designs, conducting inspections, and maintaining documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
