The factory is certified for BRC and IFS quality system. The products are made both under our company brand "J Lek" and customer's brand which mainly for export markets.

Responsibilities

Position Objective : Plan and manage all marketing strategies of the company while developing and managing a strong, distinctive, and memorable brand to drive business growth in foreign markets and domestic markets, focusing on expanding market share, increasing sales, building brand awareness, and creating long-term brand value and loyalty.


Key Responsibilities :
Marketing Planning :
- Develop and implement annual marketing plans aligned with business goals
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently and cost-effectively
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track performance
Brand Strategy Development :
- Develop and manage brand strategies aligned with the company's vision, mission, and values
- Define brand positioning in various markets
- Create and develop distinctive brand personality
- Build and maintain brand identity appropriate for diverse markets
Market Analysis :
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior in foreign and domestic markets
- Prepare regular market analysis reports and industry trends
- Identify new marketing opportunities and distribution channels
- Monitor and analyze consumer perceptions of the brand
Marketing Communications :
- Develop effective and consistent brand communication approaches across all channels
- Define brand tone and voice
- Plan and manage integrated marketing communication (IMC) campaigns
- Create engaging and compelling brand stories and values
- Develop appropriate communication strategies for each market and target audience
Marketing Activities Management :
- Plan and manage marketing activities and sales promotions
- Oversee participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and international trade fairs
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing activities
Product and Packaging Development :
- Supervise market research and new product development
- Coordinate with R&D department to create products that meet market needs
- Design and control packaging production to reflect brand values
- Plan new product launch strategies
Digital Marketing and Content Management
- Manage and develop content for websites and social media aligned with brand guidelines
- Plan and manage digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales
- Analyze data from digital channels to improve marketing strategies
Monitor and analyze content performance to improve efficiency
Distribution Channel Management :
- Develop product distribution strategies in foreign and domestic markets
- Build relationships with distributors and business partners
- Analyze and improve distribution channel efficiency
Collaboration with External Agencies :
- Work with advertising agencies, PR firms, and designers
- Manage relationships with brand and marketing partners
- Control the quality of work received from external agencies
Team Management :
- Manage the marketing team and develop staff capabilities
- Assign tasks and monitor team performance
- Conduct team meetings and create an efficient work culture
Coordination with Other Departments :
- Coordinate with the sales department to ensure marketing strategies support sales goals
- Coordinate with production and logistics to align production planning with marketing plans
Regularly report performance to senior management


Requirements
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields
- At least 10-15 years of experience in marketing and brand management in the food industry or related industries, with at least 5 years of international marketing experience
- Deep understanding of food and seasoning markets both domestically and internationally
- Excellent data analysis, strategic planning, and brand management skills
- Creativity and understanding of design principles and brand communications
- Team and project management abilities
- Understanding of cultures and marketing in foreign countries, especially in the company's key markets
- Presentation skills and ability to create engaging content
- Excellent English language skills; additional languages would be an advantage
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of media production processes and working with external agencies
- Knowledge of digital marketing and modern marketing technologies
