Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on market trends, target industries, and competitors to identify new business opportunities for messaging and CRM solutions.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and acquire new B2B clients through various channels including online research, LinkedIn, cold calling, and industry events.
  • Solution Design: Analyze client pain points and business workflows to propose tailored messaging services and CRM solutions that drive business results
  • Sales Execution: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to professional pitching, negotiation of business terms, and closing deals to meet assigned revenue targets.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics to demonstrate ROI and provide strategic recommendations to clients, enhancing the value of the proposed solutions.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners and clients to ensure retention and identify upselling opportunities.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales (Experience in SaaS, IT Solutions, or Digital Agency is highly preferred).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability in Data Analytics, with the capability to interpret customer behavior and messaging statistics into actionable business insights.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record in Consultative Selling, professional pitching, and effective negotiation.
  • Technical Literacy: Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP).
  • Communication: Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) for professional business interactions.
  • Soft Skills: Logical thinking, self-motivated, results-oriented, and a proactive "can-do" attitude.
  • Other: Professional personality with the ability to travel for client meetings or events as required.
