Cost Management for Semi assembly part (Pre-process) / Final Assembly
-Verify and analyze product cost, verify the accuracy of BOM
-Analyze and control by cooperate with manufacturing for improvement waste from production by daily
-Control loss rate of manufacturing by set up target and follow up
-Egergy consumption mangement, manage energy usage deep dive (survey,list up key energy usage sources)
-Control and manage research and development expense in case of new
-Control and manage all manufacturing expense such as spare part, repair and maintainance expense.
-Supervise NG parts return to warehouse or scrap area everyday.
-Sample check the material incoming abnornal at warehouse once a week.
-Check material waste problems, output the abnornals once finded and do summary report.
-Work cross-functionally with other departments to support company
-Other task as assigned
