Ads Optimization Specialist

Media Management:

• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other online channels.
• Monitor media performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
• Adjust bids, keywords, ad placements, and targeting to optimize media performance.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

• Use analytics tools to track, measure, and report on media performance.
• Provide regular media performance reports to all business unit , highlighting key insights and recommendations.
• Conduct A/B testing to identify best practices and improve media effectiveness.

Collaboration and Leadership:

• Create, implement and test ad copy to maximise results.
• Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling visuals that align with product & services and campaign objectives.
• Test different creative approaches to identify the most effective assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive core business execution.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices.
• Continuously seek ways to improve media performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of proven work experience as a Paid Media Specialist or similar role in a digital marketing agency or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• In-depth knowledge of various paid media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Familiarity with planning, analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, Hootsuite, etc.).
• Experience with A/B testing and other optimization techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Certification in Google Ads, Meta, or other relevant platforms is a plus.
