• Support IT strategic planning activities, including IT roadmap, annual planning cycle, and prioritization of IT initiatives aligned with business strategy.
• Support IT workforce/capacity planning by consolidating resource data and tracking organization structure changes, hiring plans, and key role requirements.
•Collect, consolidate, and analyze IT performance and demand data (projects, resources, service metrics, costs) to support planning and decision-making.
• Coordinate across IT teams and collaborate with other departments (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Legal, HR) to support governance processes and meeting follow-ups such as internal IT meeting, IT Project Steering Working Group.
• Coordinate administrative processes for IT procurement, contracts, and assets (e.g., purchase requests tracking, renewal tracking, vendor documentation, maintaining contract/asset inventory records); tracking only, no approval authority.
• Maintain accurate records and provide periodic status updates on procurement/contract/asset items to IT management.
