IT Help Desk Specialist
Allianz Technology (Thailand) Co.,Ltd- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an IT Support role
- Good general knowledge of IT systems
- Knowledge in telephony technology is a plus
- Experience with Network Repairs and Analysis is a plus
- Strong computer skills and the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems
- Ability to communicate both in Thai and English effectively to help customers fix their issues and feel satisfied with the experience
- Team player and able to work autonomously
- Open and eager to learn new things
- Strong accountability and customer oriented mindset
