Basic Requirements

Full Time

1 - 5 Year

Bangkok and its Vicinity

Bachelor's Degree or Higher

Depend on qualifications and experience + Commission

Responsibilities

* Supervising the manufacturing processes, daily control production rate and monitor the product quality and inventory level, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.
* Liaising with other teams to develop plans that improve production, costs, and labor required.
* Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training.
* Scheduling meetings with relevant departments and stakeholders.
* Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement.
* Ensure good performance of production equipment and instrumentation to ensure that good levels of productivity and product quality are achieved.
* Issue daily technical production report and monthly production report.
* Monitor Productivity with the Production team.
* Analyzing troubleshooting designs not working as planned, asking the right questions and finding answers that work and preventive actions.
* Summary production result and report to GM (Daily production report)
* All other duties assigned.

Requirements

* Bachelor degree in Engineering (Industrial, Logistics or related engineering field and Master’s degree preferable).
* At least 3-5 year of working experience in Production Engineer or Process Engineer.
* Experience with Auto CAD, CAD CAM, Solid Work.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* Superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
* Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication is a strong advantage.
* Ability to make decisions under pressure.
* Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Good interpersonal skills and experience in managing a team.
* Be able to think critically and suggest improvements that lead to cost saving or other productivity benefits.
* Strong time management and negotiation skills.
* Work well under pressure, Good attitude.
