o Manage and oversee sales performance in Modern Trade channels such as HomePro, Thai Watsadu, DoHome, and other modern retail outlets.
o Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
o Coordinate and negotiate with buyers regarding pricing, trade terms, promotional activities, and sales plans.
o Manage and control promotional activities, sales campaigns, and merchandising execution to ensure alignment with company plans and standards.
o Monitor product availability and stock levels at each branch to ensure continuous product presence.
o Coordinate with the marketing team and other related departments to support sales activities and resolve operational issues.
o Prepare and report sales performance, issues, and business opportunities to management on a regular basis.
o Supervise and manage PC staff (Product Consultants / Promoters), including performance monitoring and sales support.
o Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.
