- Present industrial washing machines, dryers, and laundry system solutions to customers in hotels, hospitals, factories, and related businesses.
- Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable machines in terms of size, capacity, and application.
- Coordinate with technical, service, and installation teams.
- Conduct site surveys to assess the environment, system layout, and installation planning.
- Perform basic product demonstrations and present product technologies in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Provide after-sales support, coordinate maintenance services, and build long-term customer relationships.
- Prepare sales reports, conduct market analysis, and follow up with both new and existing customers.
- Support sales activities such as trade shows, product demonstration videos, and product-related content creation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience in selling industrial machinery, commercial equipment, or laundry systems is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or industrial systems.
- Good personality, confident, customer-oriented, and strong presentation skills.
- Able to travel to other provinces occasionally.
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Good communication skills in English.
