• Coordinate with local and international suppliers via email, phone calls, and online meetings (in English)
• Communicate and follow up on key information such as pricing, lead time, terms & conditions, and product/service details
• Coordinate practical, working-level technical information to ensure alignment with team requirements (e.g., specifications, models, supporting documents)
• Summarize key information and action points for the Sales team and management in a clear and easy-to-understand format (tables / concise reports)
• Prepare and compile relevant documents, including quotations, technical data, purchasing documents, and other coordination-related materials
• Track and follow up on all stages of work to ensure project continuity and timely completion
• Use AI applications to support documentation and communication tasks, such as drafting emails, summarizing information, and structuring reports/tables (with mandatory accuracy review before submission)
• Travel occasionally as assigned to support meetings or on-site coordination
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in international coordination, sales support, procurement, or sourcing
• Experience working with overseas suppliers or using English in daily work
• Basic working-level understanding of technical terminology and technical documents (engineering background not required)
• Proficient in using AI applications and able to create effective prompts for summarizing and formatting documents
