- Assistant Service Manager Representative
Job descriptions:
- Attend customers meetings and get requirements to follow up.
- Coordinate with customers as a customer requirement.
- Coordinate with third party for machine relocation.
- Coordinate with Hitachi technical support, when found product issue occur.
- Coordinate with Hitachi partner if customers provide new requirements.
- Coordinate with sale team support is their requirement.
- Monitor of machines repeat call and coordinate with the team for prevent
issues.
- Work as an assignment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or related 
- Skill/Experience: Management for field service support more than 4 years / ATM experience more than 2-3 years or related
- If have management large project experience would be receiving special consideration
- Possible to travel to inside of Thailand or overseas
