- จัดทำข้อมูลรายงานการเปิดลูกค้าใหม่ของ Sales
- ดึงข้อมูลจากกรมธุรกิจพลังงาน เพื่อนำมาจัดทำรายขายยอดขายโรงบรรจุก๊าซ ทั่วประเทศแยกตามภูมิภาค
- จัดทำเอกสารส่วนลดและชดเชยค่าขนส่งที่บัญชีไม่สามารถบันทึกขึ้นระบบได้
- จัดทำรายงานการจ่ายค่าจ้างอัดบรรจุ และ Contract Fill ประจำเดือน
- จัดทำรายงานโควต้าซ่อมถังรายเดือนของโรงบรรจุตัวแทน และงานเอกสารอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- Update รายละเอียดสัญญาเช่า-ยอดขาย รบจ.ที่ WP ซื้อและปล่อยเช่า
- ปิดบัญชีลูกค้า AG/FP/IN/MT/SS ที่ไม่มียอด 3 เดือน ทุกไตรมาส
- หน้าที่อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
- เพศชาย / หญิง อายุ 25 ปีขึ้นไป
- ปริญญาตรี ที่เกี่ยวข้อง (บริหาธุรกิจ / การจัดการ / การบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล / สายสังคมศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง)
- มีประสบการณ์ในการควบคุมการผลิต 3 - 10 ปี ในงานด้าน Sales Admin
