Leasing &Used car Operation

 1.Responsible for sorting out and planning the salesperson workflow for the leasing business, formulating feasible schemes, and submitting them to the company for review.

2.Responsible for conducting business negotiations with customers on leasing business, and negotiating and confirming key terms such as the leased vehicle model, lease term, rent, deposit, and liability for breach of contract.

3.Responsible for conducting research on rental demand, developing customers, and establishing long-term cooperative relationships.

4.Responsible for the development of leasing channels and the training of personnel from channel partners in leasing business

5.Work closely with relevant teams, coordinate leasing strategies and customer feedback, record the history of all leased vehicles, and preserve leasing documents.

Age : 30-45 years old

Work Experience : More than 3 Years

Educatiom : Bachelor degree or higher  Major Subject  Business or related field

 - Good skills in using related computer programs such as Microsoft Office

- Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple tasks and maintaining organized records

- Communication Skills: Clear and concise communication for internal teams

- Proactive: Takes initiative to complete tasks and seek guidance when needed.

- Has been engaged in truck rental and sales work (Advantage)

- Good in English or Chinese Speaking (Advantage)
