Responsibilities

Collect and review customer quality issues.
Inspect problems found during the Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) process before shipment.
Coordinate with related departments to identify the root cause of the problems.
Follow up on the progress of corrective actions and ensure the implementation of proper preventive measures.

Requirements

Good communication in English or Chinese
