1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Experience in beverage development, barista training, or café operations will be an advantage.
3. Strong knowledge of coffee, beverages, and quality control standards.
4. Good communication and presentation skills.
5. Basic knowledge of online marketing and social media management.
6. Creative, service-minded, and proactive with strong attention to detail.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
