Customer Service

• Handle customer inquiries and provide information about services
• Assist customers throughout the sales process, from initial contact to closing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
• Prepare sales quotations, follow up on orders, and coordinate with internal teams
• Achieve sales targets and support customer retention initiatives
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the system

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with a sales-driven attitude
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications (for Laboratory Services, based at Pathumthani):

• Basic knowledge of laboratory services, testing processes, and terminology 
• Experience working in a medical, scientific, or laboratory environment is an advantage
• Ability to coordinate test requests, sample submissions, and result inquiries
• Understanding of confidentiality and data privacy requirements
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling test orders and reports
• Ability to communicate technical or scientific information clearly to customers
• Familiarity with LIMS is a plus
• Ability to work under time-sensitive and regulated conditions
