Customer Service
TUV NORD (Thailand) Ltd.- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about services
- Assist customers throughout the sales process, from initial contact to closing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare sales quotations, follow up on orders, and coordinate with internal teams
- Achieve sales targets and support customer retention initiatives
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the system
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with a sales-driven attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications (for Laboratory Services, based at Pathumthani):
- Basic knowledge of laboratory services, testing processes, and terminology
- Experience working in a medical, scientific, or laboratory environment is an advantage
- Ability to coordinate test requests, sample submissions, and result inquiries
- Understanding of confidentiality and data privacy requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling test orders and reports
- Ability to communicate technical or scientific information clearly to customers
- Familiarity with LIMS is a plus
- Ability to work under time-sensitive and regulated conditions
