Officer - Group Insurance Customer Relations
Tokio Marine Life Insurance (Thailand) PCL- Responsible for renewal marketing activities, handling of key accounts and training of the new Customer
- Relations officer under the team to ensure the assigned target has been achieved.
- Implement marketing activities under the division strategies for establishing and maintaining the best Relationship and satisfaction to customers in renewal year according to assignment
- Coordinating with all related sections i.e. Administration Sections, Marketing teams and Claim Sections to achieve persistency and renewal year target set by company.
- Cooperating with Health Promotion Team to seek and propose the best solution in controlling the welfare management matching with each clients needs.
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
- 0 - 2 years experiences in sales & marketing, customer services function in group insurance business
- Good Communication and Negotiation skill,
- Have interpersonal skill, analytical, service mind, strong problem solving skill.
- Computer literacy (MS Office) / AS 400
- Fair command of written and spoken English (preferred) TOEIC score 300
