- ดำเนินการจัดทำเอกสารต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานธุุรการทั่วไป เช่น ใบขออนุมัติจัดซื้อ ใบเบิกจ่าย และการจัดทำ/ดูแลบันทึกทรัพย์สิน และวัสดุคงคลัง
- ปฏิบัติงานธุรการภาคสนาม เช่น การจัดการของเสียภายในโรงงาน การประสานงานภายใน และการดูแลบำรุงรักษาอาคาร สถานที่ และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกต่างๆที่ ภายใต้ขอบเขตงานธุรการทั่วไป
- บริหารและประสานงานด้านงานธุรการ ทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร เช่น การรับ-ส่งเอกสาร การจัดส่งพัสดุและการดำเนินการชำระค่าสาธารณูปโภคคต่างๆ (ค่าน้ำ ค่าไฟ ค่าโทรศัพท์)
- ดูแลและบริหารโครงการงานธุรการทั่วไป เช่น การปรับปรุง ซ่อมแซม หรือบูรณะพื้นที่อาคาร หรือพื้นที่เช่าที่อยู่ภายใต้สัญญาของบริษัท
- ควบคุมดูแล และตรวจสอบการทำงานของผู้รับเหมา และพนักงานภายนอก ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการธุรการ เช่น รปภ. คนสวน แม่บ้าน และพนักงานขับรถประจำตำแหน่ง
- เพศชาย
- จบการศึกษาระดับปวส. สาขาเทคนิคเครื่องกล ช่างกลโรงงาน ช่างไฟฟ้า หรืออื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์งานซ่อมบำรุงภายในองค์กร หรือโรงงาน
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ เช่น Microsoft Office ต่างๆได้
- มีทัศนคติต่องานบริการที่ดี มีความรับผิดชอบ และใจรักงานบริการ
