1. Managing company car usage, gasoline, maintenance activity effectiveness.
2. Taking to look after activity of reception for guest or customers visiting to company.
3. Managing and controlling the duty of maid and sanitary security which service in company, including controlling contract of these service.
4. Co-operating to other firms such, Genco, Nava Nakorn Industrial Estate, K-Recycle to support process of factory's facility and utility management.
5. Controlling effective period of certification, license, or permission from government firm or other concerned such as Tax of company signboard, company building, industrial permission and others
6. Controlling company insurance (deposit and claim) for electricity, fire, water and accident
7. Managing ISO 14001 process concerned to external general activity
8. Processing and controlling all general affairs expense accurately in company from consumable and non-consumable items.
9. Responsible to manage for checking and withdrawing general expense such as water consumption, electrical power consumption, express way expense, car rental expense, car maintenance expense, Gas Trip allowance, Ticket etc.
10. Purchasing any inventory needed for company and employee's utility such as stationary, uniform, T-Shirt, paper, boxes, etc.
11. Distributing inventory needed to other concerned.
12. Controlling effectiveness of inventory stock with lower expense.
13. Controlling and providing employee welfare efficiency such as; uniform, locker, bus, transportation, canteen, and car parking.
14. Controlling contract of internal service supplier such as canteen, bus etc.
15. Controlling and processing activity of factory, office automation maintenance.
16. Managing scrap selling process.
17. Reporting and analyze all expense
- Bachelor in Business Administration or Bachelor of Science or any field related with total experience in direct field for 2 years minimum.
