- บริหารงาน วางแผนงานการตลาด จัดกิจกรรม อีเวนท์ โปรโมชั่น, จัดทำสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ และกิจกรรมสนับสนุนงานขาย
- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางการตลาด, คู่แข่ง จัดงานกิจกรรมทางการตลาด สำรวจความคิดเห็นต่องานกิจกรรม ให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายของบริษัทได้
- นำเสนอคอนเทนท์ และดูแลช่องทางโซเชียลมีเดีย เพื่อส่งเสริมภาพลักษณ์ที่ดีให้แก่องค์ เพื่อให้เป็นที่รู้จักมากขึ้น พัฒนากลยุทธ์ในการสร้างแบรนด์สินค้าให้น่าสนใจ และแตกต่าง
- ออกแบบ ตัดต่อ ผลิตสื่อ และจัดทำไฟล์กราฟฟิก Photoshop AI Infographic VDO ไฟล์ Animated Canva หรือโปรแกรมอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องได้เป็นอย่างดี
- วิเคราะห์ วางแผนกลยุทธ์การตลาด บริหารจัดทำ สื่อสาร ประจำปี/ไตรมาส และสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้า รวมถึงพาร์ทเนอร์ต่าง ๆ เพื่อให้แคมเปญส่งเสริมยอดขายลูกค้าประสบความสำเร็จตามเป้าหมาย
- ดูแลสื่อสารการตลาด ทั้งสื่อออนไลน์ และออฟไลน์
- จัดทำและควบคุมงบประมาณการตลาดให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
- ติดต่อเจรจากับ Supplier ต่างประเทศเกี่ยวกับการทำตลาดร่วมกัน
- ประสานงานภายใน และภายนอกองค์กรได้เป็นอย่างดี
- จัดทำเอกสาร แค็ตตาล็อก Price List และรายงานประกอบการทำงานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field.
• At least 2-5 years working experience in Marketing / Product management / Event
• Love to bake or have knowledge in bakery or diary product industry
• Good command in both written and spoken English.
• Good strategic thinking and analytic skill.
• Excellent in computer literacy (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads)
• Good interpersonal relations and good communications skills, negotiation planning
