Responsibilities

Position: Sale Executive

Reports to: General Manager – Get Growing

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and actively seek new prospects, including families, schools with potential, and event organizers.
Present and recommend playground products and services, delivering appropriate commercial proposals to meet customer needs.
Negotiate sales terms, including pricing and contracts, to achieve business goals.
Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure excellent customer experiences.
Prepare regular sales reports and analyze performance data to refine sales strategies.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to support business growth and strategy development.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Previous experience in sales, ideally in leisure, hospitality, or family entertainment industry.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proactive, customer-focused, and able to build long-term relationships.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
Flexibility to work weekends or during events as required.
Sales Drive: Result-oriented with strong motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Communication Skills: Clear, persuasive, and engaging verbal and written communication.
Negotiation & Persuasion: Skilled at influencing decisions and reaching mutually beneficial agreements.
