• Provide guidance, training, and support to night staff

• Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property during night hours
• Monitor security systems, patrols, and emergency procedures
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with relevant departments as required
4. Operational Oversight
• Review and report on night operations, incidents, and operational issues
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth transitions between shifts
