Job Description: Cashier / Reception – Topaz & TP1 Car Detailing Reignwood Park

Position Summary
The Cashier/Reception serves as the first point of contact for all customers at Topaz and TP1. This role ensures premium hospitality, accurate cashiering, compliant financial processes, and smooth coordination between customers, sales, and operations. The position requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to follow Reignwood’s accounting and operational policies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Front Desk & Customer Reception
Provide warm, professional, VIP-standard greeting for all customers.
Manage check-in/check-out processes, verify customer information, and ensure accurate vehicle intake documentation.
Coordinate communication with Sales Advisors and Operations to update customers on service progress.
2. Cashiering & Financial Compliance
Prepare and issue accurate quotations, invoices, and receipts using the POS system.
Process payments via cash, QR, EDC, online transfers, and other RW-approved methods.
Perform end-of-day cash reconciliation and ensure all reports match system records.
Ensure all financial transactions, receipts, and records strictly follow Reignwood financial and accounting policies, including documentation and audit requirements.
3. POS System & Documentation
Use the POS system for billing, booking updates, service tagging, and record keeping.
Maintain accuracy in entering items, discounts, packages, and promotions.
Ensure all POS entries align with RW accounting policy and internal guidelines.
Assist in monitoring stock usage (as linked to POS) for basic consumables when required.
4. Sales & Operations Support
Support Sales Advisors by preparing documents, updating CRM entries, and assisting with quotation printing.
Assist GM and Sales Manager with customer data collection for marketing drives and retention programs.
Coordinate handover of vehicle keys, documents, service forms, and pre- and post-service photos.
5. Administration & Reporting
Maintain daily logs, booking records, payment summaries, and customer data.
Maintain office supplies, customer amenities, and front desk materials in good order.
6. VIP Service & Brand Experience
Provide exceptional hospitality, including offering refreshments and ensuring customer comfort.
Manage VIP customers with confidentiality, priority handling, and attentive service.
Ensure showroom displays, brochures, and brand materials are always up to premium standards.
