About the role
Reignwood Holding Co., Ltd. is seeking a Villa Host to join our team in Lam Luk Ka Pathum Thani. As a Villa Host, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional hospitality and ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience during their stay. This is a full-time position within our Front Office & Guest Services team.
What you'll be doing
- Greeting guests upon arrival and providing a warm welcome to the villa
- Escorting guests to their accommodations and ensuring they are fully orientated with the villa facilities
- Anticipating guest needs and providing personalised service to make their stay comfortable and enjoyable
- Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the villa to the highest standards
- Responding promptly to guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise
- Collaborating with the wider hospitality team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Adhering to all company policies, procedures and safety protocols
