Basic Requirements

Responsibilities

-ดำเนินการออกแบบ ติดตั้งและดูแลระบบโครงข่ายพื้นฐานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายในแต่ละโครงการให้มีประสิทธิภาพ

-จัดการงานให้บริการหลังการขายให้กับลูกค้า ให้ทำงานได้อย่างถูกต้อง รวดเร็ว ตลอดช่วงอายุสัญญาการบริการ

-ดำเนินการบริการให้อยู่ในขอบเขตของสัญญา

-ติดต่อประสานงานกับฝ่ายบริการลูกค้าอย่างใกล้ชิดพร้อมรายงานผลการดำเนินการให้ลูกค้ารับทราบ

-เตรียมพร้อมรับแจ้งปัญหาจากลูกค้าตามเงื่อนไขสัญญาระหว่างบริษัทกับลูกค้า

-ทบทวนความรู้และพัฒนาตนเองในด้านสินค้าและบริการ รวมถึงเทคโนโลยีใหม่ ๆ

-ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Requirements

-Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Engineering ,Electronics ,Computer Science or other IT related fields.

-Experience: At least 2 years of experience in IT troubleshooting.

-Experience in Cisco ,HP Networking Product (Switch, Router, Wireless).

-Knowledge of TCP/IP, WAN technologies.

-Competent in using computers (MS Office, Visio).

-Ability in Cisco Certiﬁed Network Associate (CCNA) will be considered as talent.

-Ability in Basic Firewall skill will be considered as talent.

-Service mind, be enthusiastic and able to work under pressure.
