Responsibilities

Direct Roles and Responsibility

Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and revenue targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Understand client needs and articulate how our IT solutions including Microsoft 365, Security, Endpoint Management, and Cloud Services.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to craft winning proposals, demos, and presentations.
Manage the entire sales pipeline, track activities, and provide accurate forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
Lead client negotiations, prepare and present proposals, and close deals in accordance with company policies.
Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the sales cycle and post-sale engagement.
Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and executive presentations to communicate progress, insights, and strategic recommendations.

Requirements

At least 5 - 8 years of experience in IT solution sales , preferably with Microsoft and Cloud Technology
Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Computer Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Security, Endpoint Management, and Cloud Services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinking and leadership capabilities.
Microsoft certifications (e.g., M365 Fundamentals, Security & Compliance) are a plus.
