The Financial Officer plays a vital role in managing funds, controlling financial audits, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating with banks, thereby maintaining the organization's financial stability and supporting management's decision-making.
Responsibilities :
- Adhere to and ensure compliance with regulations governing international fund transfers as stipulated by banking institutions, including overseeing and monitoring transactions involving digital currencies to ensure accuracy, security, and adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
- Process and verify card payments accurately and securely, ensuring timely completion of all related transactions.
- Manage and oversee the card payment process to ensure compliance with banking policies and financial security standards.
- Conduct secure and compliant digital currency transfers in accordance with applicable regulations. Efficiently and accurately process both domestic and international fund transfers.
- Prepare financial summaries in a structured and precise manner.
- Oversee cash flow management to maintain adequate funds for the organization’s operational expenses
- Liaise with domestic and international banking institutions to optimize financial transaction processes and ensure seamless operations.
