Translate Vision and Goals
- Translate the organization’s vision and strategic goals into actionable plans and operational guidelines.
- Support the team in communicating objectives into practical execution.
Create and Maintain Documentation
- Prepare, organize, and maintain project, strategy, and partnership-related documents.
- Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Facilitate Meetings
- Support meeting arrangements, scheduling, and preparation of relevant materials.
- Record meeting minutes and follow up on assigned action items.
Coordinate with Teams
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Product, Developer, and Designer teams.
- Ensure smooth collaboration and effective cross-functional communication.
Act as an Intermediary & Manage Risks
- Act as an intermediary between internal teams and external partners when required.
- Assist in identifying, monitoring, and mitigating potential project risks.
