- Check/draft contracts, give opinions and give advice. (Thai and English)
- Managing all kind of corporate law.
- Providing legal advice or opinion in relation to the Company’s business activities and ensure that the legal risk has been identified.
- Draft, Review and analyse contracts and other legal documentations of group companies.
- Assisting Team to conducting legal research and Provide legal advice, seminar and support to all legal issues for group company across multiple jurisdictions.
- Supporting the auditing Team to audit the group companies in Thailand and overseas on legal and compliance.
- Supporting the auditing Team to audit the group companies in Thailand and overseas on legal and compliance.
- Keep management abreast of all new laws and regulations that may have implications to group company.
- Providing general support to Team leaders and other colleagues.
- Handling ad hoc assignment.
- Thai nationality, Male, age 25 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) or higher
- Thai lawyer License qualified
- At least 1 years experience as Legal in In-house or Law firm
- Ability to use English both speaking and writing (Good command in English would be an advantage)
- Experience in civil/criminal/administrative court proceedings is an advantage.
- Thai Commercial laws (especially business laws) and Investment laws
- If you have basic knowledge of business, finance and laws related to said business (Special consideration)
- Contract Draft, Review/ analysis
- Communicate, coordinates effectively at all levels (internal & external organization)
- Work effectively with a remote Team
- Able to travel domestic and overseas
- Microsoft Office and online research tools
- Ability to work effectively with a remote Team both independently and within a Team environment
- Able to work under pressure with highly responsible, analytical and systematic.
- Be detail oriented and well adaptable
- Be constantly seeking for knowledge
- Self-confidence, energetic, maturity and good personality.
