1. Visual Merchandising Execution
• Implement and maintain visual standards, layouts, and planograms across all retail product categories.
• Ensure that displays, fixtures, and product arrangements are aligned with campaign concepts and brand guidelines.
• Plan and optimize product display zones and fixtures for visibility, traffic flow, and commercial impact.
• Coordinate store setup and visual refresh for launches, seasonal events, and tactical campaigns (e.g., iPhone Launch, Year-End, 11.11, Back-to-School, etc.).
• Conduct regular store visits to audit execution quality, collect feedback, and ensure consistency across locations.
2. Campaign & Launch Implementation
• Support campaign rollout for Smartphones, Accessories, Gadgets, and Digital Lifestyle products.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Commercial, and Retail Operations teams to ensure cohesive execution across all stores.
• Prepare and share VM guideline decks, setup mock-ups, and visual layouts for store execution teams.
• Ensure timely installation and dismantling of campaign materials according to master schedule.
3. Cross-functional Coordination
• Coordinate with vendors and work closely with property management, retail channel management team for fixture design, production, installation timelines and on-ground execution.
• Support Marketing, Merchandising, and Digital Lifestyle teams in translating campaign visuals into in-store expressions.
• Train and guide store staff on visual standards, display care, and brand presentation.
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting
• Document and report visual execution with before/after photos, performance summaries, and improvement recommendations.
• Track completion rate, campaign compliance, and feedback from store managers.
• Analyze visual impact and contribute ideas to improve customer engagement and conversion.
5. Creativity & Continuous Improvement
• Research VM and retail design trends to keep store visuals innovative and up to date.
• Propose creative display ideas and experiential merchandising that enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate with Merchandising Manager in testing new display formats, lighting concepts, and materials.
