Plan, supervise, and execute maintenance activities of electrical systems under the supervision of the Shift Leader or Senior Engineer, in accordance with technical standards and maintenance manuals.
Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) for electrical systems and control equipment to ensure reliable and efficient operation.
Analyze and resolve electrical issues (Troubleshooting), including identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
Comply strictly with company regulations, engineering standards, and safety requirements in all work processes.
Participate in training and continuous professional development to enhance technical competency and maintain engineering standards.
Utilize computer programs, office software, and specialized electrical engineering applications accurately and effectively.
Prepare inspection, maintenance, and equipment condition reports, and submit them to supervisors or department managers for review.
Provide technical advice and support to internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient operations.
Participate in company activities and projects as assigned to support organizational goals and teamwork.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
1–5 years of work experience; experience in rail transportation systems is highly preferred.
Strong ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
Basic knowledge of safe work practices in accordance with company standards.
Proficient in using electrical measuring instruments, testing equipment, or other specialized tools relevant to the role.
Ability to perform effectively under pressure and emergency situations.
Physically fit and in good health.
Possess official documentation for military service exemption (for male applicants).
No criminal record and willing to undergo a background check prior to employment.
Valid driver’s license and ability to drive legally.
