Recruitment Officer
C.S.I. (Thailand) Co., Ltd.- Source qualified candidates from Jobsdb, Jobtopgun, Linkedin and other professional platforms and explore new channels to attract talents such as social media, association, or recruitment agency (if needed)
- Screen and identify right candidates through phone interview
- Arrange interview and coordinate between Line Managers and candidates
- Update recruitment report and ensure all information is up-to-date
- Participate in recruitment activities such as employer branding, campus visit, job fairs
- Other tasks as assigned by supervisor
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Political Science, Business Administration, IT or related field
- 1-3 years’ experience in Corporate recruitment and selection
- Direct experience in IT recruitment or recruitment agency is a plus
- Able to work under pressure and commit to a deadline
- Result-oriented, team player, and fast learner
- Good command of English
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
